What We Do

Services

Websites, mobile apps, web platforms and AI — designed, built and supported by one team in Nigeria.

Website Development

Fast, responsive marketing sites and business websites that load quickly, rank well, and turn visitors into enquiries.

Mobile App Development

Native-quality iOS and Android apps built from a shared codebase, so you launch on both platforms without paying twice.

Web App Development

Dashboards, portals and internal tools with real user roles, permissions and workflows — the software your business runs on.

AI Development

Chatbots, assistants and automation built on modern models, wired into the systems and data you already have.

UI/UX Design

Interface and experience design that makes products feel obvious to use — wireframes through to a build-ready design system.

Product Strategy

For founders with an idea and no spec. We help you scope an MVP worth building before a line of code is written.

How We Work

Three steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Scope & Quote

We work out what you actually need, agree the feature list, and send a fixed quote. No work begins until the number and the timeline are signed off.

  2. 02

    Design & Build

Interface design first, then development in short cycles. You see working software as it is built, not a black box that opens at the end.

  3. 03

    Launch & Support

Testing on real devices, store submission where relevant, then ongoing monitoring and updates once you are live.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What it costs and how long it takes. The full list covers ownership, security and process too.

Pricing

A website in Nigeria typically costs between ₦400,000 and ₦900,000 at BDGroups Technologies. A simple business or landing site sits at the lower end, while a larger site with a CMS, blog, booking or payment integration sits higher. The final price depends on the number of pages, the design work involved, and any third-party integrations. Send us your requirements and we will give you a fixed quote before any work starts.

Building a web app usually costs between ₦900,000 and ₦2,500,000. Cost is driven by the number of user roles, dashboards and workflows, whether you need payments, real-time features or third-party APIs, and the amount of admin tooling required. A focused MVP costs far less than a full platform, so we often start with an MVP and grow it in phases.

A mobile app generally costs between ₦1,200,000 and ₦3,500,000. Building for both iOS and Android at once with a cross-platform codebase is cheaper than building each separately. Features like user accounts, in-app payments, chat, maps, push notifications and offline support each add to the total, so the scope you choose matters more than the platform.

An iOS app typically costs between ₦1,200,000 and ₦3,000,000. That covers design, development, testing on real devices, and submitting the app to the App Store for review. Apple also charges an annual developer account fee of about $99, which is separate from development. If you plan to launch on Android later, tell us upfront and we will build on a shared codebase to keep the second platform cheaper.

An Android app typically costs between ₦1,200,000 and ₦3,000,000, covering design, development, device testing and Google Play submission. Google charges a one-time developer registration fee of about $25. Android often needs testing across a wider spread of devices and screen sizes than iOS, which can affect timelines on more complex builds.

AI projects at BDGroups Technologies range from ₦2,000,000 to ₦5,000,000. A chatbot or AI assistant built on an existing model sits at the lower end, while custom data pipelines, document processing, recommendation systems or fine-tuned models sit higher. Note that AI products also carry ongoing model and hosting costs after launch, which we lay out clearly in the quote so there are no surprises.

Our quotes cover design, development, testing and launch. Third-party costs are billed separately and at cost: domain registration, hosting, SMS and email providers, payment gateway fees, Apple's $99 annual developer fee, Google Play's $25 one-time fee, and any paid APIs or AI model usage your product depends on. We list every one of these in the quote so you can see the true running cost before you commit.

No. Payment is split into milestones across the project rather than taken as a single lump sum, with a deposit to begin and the remainder tied to agreed stages such as design sign-off, development completion and launch. The exact split is set out in your quote before work starts.

Usually because the scope behind the number is different. A cheap quote often excludes design, testing, revisions, app store submission or post-launch support, and it may assume a template rather than a custom build. When comparing quotes, check what is actually included, who owns the code at the end, and what happens when something breaks after launch.

Often, yes — by reducing scope rather than reducing quality. We would rather build a smaller product properly than a large one badly. If your budget is tight we will help you identify the smallest version that still solves the problem, launch that, and add features later as the product earns its keep.

Timelines

Most websites take two to six weeks from kickoff to launch. A single-page or small business site can be ready in around two weeks, while a larger site with a CMS, custom design work and integrations takes closer to six. The biggest variable is usually how quickly content, images and feedback come back from your side.

A simple app typically takes two to three months. Medium-complexity apps take three to six months, and large platforms can run six months or more. We usually aim for an MVP first so you have something real in users' hands early, then build on it, rather than disappearing for half a year before you see anything.

In our experience the three most common causes are late content or assets from the client side, slow feedback on designs, and scope added mid-build. App Store and Play Store review can also add a few days to a couple of weeks at the end. We flag these risks at the scoping stage and agree turnaround expectations on both sides so the timeline holds.

Sometimes, by cutting scope rather than cutting corners. We will tell you honestly what can be delivered by your date and what should be deferred to a second release. What we will not do is skip testing to hit a deadline, because that cost always comes back larger later.
